I thought if I sat in silence
Crossed my legs, held my breath
I would touch the answer
Somewhere deep inside my chest
But a year in a mountain cave
Means nothing at all
If the mind still thinks
This body is the self

This body
Is only a vessel
Yet I crowned it
As the king

Meditation
Is not closing your eyes
It’s returning
To the light inside
When I whisper
“I am not the body”
The world
Stops falling apart

Salvation
Is not being taken away
Not a ship Not another place
The moment I know
I am life
The door Was always here

Who decided
Only one is divine
Who drew the line
Who gets chosen in time
A flower never asks
Where you’re from
A stone exists
Without a name

Even the smallest ant Is not an accident
Everything Was invited By life

Meditation Is not escaping the world
It’s seeing essence
In every moment
When I stop seeing you
As a form
Only one
Life remains

Twenty-four hours
How will you live
In pain on repeat
Or in quiet bliss
Just switch the power
Thought, word, and deed
Wars are born
When we forget
Who we are
Who we are

Meditation Is opening another eye
Seeing the eternal
Behind what dies
Flowers fade
And mountains fall
But life
Does not change at all

When I see
Beyond the result
I finally say
“I was blind before”
Now softly
I breathe the truth
My eyes
Are open

If you’re tired of searching
If the game feels done
Come back here
Back to the light
Hand in hand
We cross tomorrow
The flow of heaven
Moves behind us all

I am life
You are life
Together
We return to the source
