- Do not have any music download permissions
2. Monthly Member
Monthly members have the following permissions during the membership validity period:
- Can play all music works on the website online
- Can download all music works on the website within a 1-month validity period
3. Annual Member
Annual members have the following permissions during the membership validity period:
- Can play all music works on the website online
- Can download all music works on the website within a 1-year validity period
4. Lifetime Member
Lifetime members have the following permissions:
- Can permanently play all music works on the website online
- Can permanently download all music works on the website
III. Membership Upgrade and Fee Deduction Rules
- When users upgrade their membership, the system will automatically deduct the membership fees they have previously paid but have not yet been converted
- Users only need to pay the difference corresponding to the upgraded membership type
- After the upgrade is completed, the new membership permissions take effect immediately, and the remaining period of the original membership type will no longer be calculated separately
IV. Fees and Refund Policy
- All membership prices are subject to the prices displayed on the website pages
- Payments are typically processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not actively store your full card details
- Membership benefits are digital services and access/download rights. They are typically delivered and effective immediately after successful payment
- Except as otherwise required by law or expressly stated in this policy, paid fees are generally non-refundable (including memberships that have been activated and used or are usable)
- If the service cannot be delivered properly due to reasons attributable to us, we will provide a reasonable extension, re-issue benefits, compensation, or refund where appropriate (refunds, if any, are returned via the original payment method)
V. Account Usage Regulations
- Users should properly keep their account information
- Account risks or losses caused by the user's own reasons shall be borne by the user

- Users can use music works or their adaptations for commercial purposes, including sale, redistribution, or embedding in products and services
- The ownership of the original copyright remains with Tenryu Music Web. Users are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license.
3. Google User Data
- We do not use any data obtained through Google OAuth to influence your copyright status or music licensing.
4. Authorization Scope and Validity
- The above authorization applies to music works legally downloaded by users during the membership validity period
- Even if the membership expires or terminates, the usage rights of downloaded works remain valid for a long time
- Users do not need to attribute or indicate the source (attribution is not mandatory)
5. Usage Restrictions
- Use music works for any illegal purposes
- Falsely claim to be the original author or rights holder of the music works
VII. Service Adjustments and Interruptions
- Our company has the right to reasonably adjust service content or membership rules according to business needs
- If major changes occur, we will notify in advance through reasonable means such as website announcements
- Our company does not assume breach of contract liability for short-term service interruptions caused by force majeure or system maintenance
- Users have the right to terminate their account and stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the website's features will cease immediately, but your license to previously downloaded music shall remain valid as per Section VI.

- Our company makes no guarantee regarding the commercial results or benefits obtained by users from using music works
- Users should judge for themselves whether music works are suitable for their specific use scenarios
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company does not assume liability for indirect or incidental losses
IX. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
- The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of these terms are governed by Japanese law
- Disputes arising from these terms or services of this website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation by both parties
- If negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of our company
