Refund & Cancellation Policy - Tenryu Music Web
I. When refunds may be granted
- The service is unavailable for an extended period due to issues attributable to us and cannot be reasonably fixed in time
- Payment succeeded but membership/credits were not granted correctly, and we cannot reasonably re-issue them after verification
- Other cases where refunds are required by applicable law
II. When refunds are generally not granted
- Membership benefits have been activated and used or are usable (including but not limited to downloads completed, download access unlocked, or quota granted)
- Refund requests arising from user-side reasons (e.g., accidental purchase, not reading rules, device/network issues, risks caused by account sharing)
- Requests submitted beyond a reasonable timeframe without sufficient supporting evidence
III. Refund process and timelines
- Please email us with: order ID, payment time, amount, account email/username, issue description, and any relevant screenshots
- We typically complete initial verification and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds (if any) will be returned via the original payment method; settlement time depends on your payment channel/bank
IV. Cancellation/termination and renewal
- Our memberships are typically fixed-term digital services and are generally not set to auto-renew; renewals require an explicit user action
- You may stop using the service or close your account at any time. Account termination does not change the license for content you legally downloaded during an active membership (see Terms of Service)
- If we introduce auto-renewing subscriptions in the future, we will clearly disclose billing cycles, charges, and cancellation steps on the purchase page and in our terms
V. Disputes and chargebacks
- If you have questions about a transaction, please contact us first so we can verify the order and benefits quickly
- If you initiate a dispute/chargeback, we may submit order records, login logs, and benefit delivery records to the payment platform as evidence (where applicable)
